Shipping policy

order processing  
all orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). once your order is processed, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

please note that during high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

estimated shipping times depend on your location:

canada: 5–10 business days  
united states: 5–10 business days  
international: 10–20 business days  

these are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

shipping rates  
shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. we may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

order tracking  
once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

customs, duties, and taxes  
international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

incorrect addresses  
please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

lost or delayed packages  
we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. however, if your package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
