Trust Her sells physical goods, including but not limited to journals, posters, and bundles, fulfilled via print-on-demand through Printify and sold via our Shopify store.
Product accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including physical characteristics (e.g., page count, binding, whether a journal contains blank or guided pages). If a product description on the Site conflicts with this document, the Site’s live product page description governs.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

All prices listed are subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor(s).
We do not store your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Trust Her is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Because products are fulfilled through Printify’s print-on-demand network, production and shipping times may differ from typical in-stock e-commerce timelines. Estimated timelines should be listed on the Site.

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@trusther.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5-30 business days.

You agree not to:
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Submit false or misleading information when placing an order
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission

If you provide your email or phone number (e.g., at checkout or via a signup form), you may receive marketing communications from Trust Her in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Trust Her’s products, content, and any related materials (including journals, blog posts, social media content) are intended for general self-development and motivational purposes only. They are not:

A substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice

A guarantee of any specific personal, financial, or emotional outcome.

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trust Her and its owners/operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
